Please plan to pick your camper up between 9:00AM and 12:00PM on the last day of the session. Our staff will make sure that campers are packed and ready for pick-up.

Camp Judaea staff will accompany all campers flying as unaccompanied minors to the airport. If you are meeting your camper at the airport, please contact the CJ office.

All bus services carry a $25 non-refundable fee if you withdraw your space on the bus up until 21 days before the date of service. Cancellation fewer than 21 days before bus service results in loss of the entire fee. There is a minimum number of participants for each bus. If Camp Judaea cancels a bus, Camp Judaea will issue a refund for the bus fee.

Camp Judaea will be offering a chaperoned bus to Fairfax, VA. Drop off will be at the JCC Northern VA parking lot, 8900 Little River Turnpike, Fairfax, VA 22031. The campers will have breakfast at camp before their departure. There is a $200 fee for the bus.

Camp Judaea will be offering a chaperoned bus on July 3rd and July 31st from camp to Atlanta. Drop-off will be at The Springs Cinema & Taphouse parking lot: 5920 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30328. The campers will have breakfast at camp before their departure. There is a $125 fee for the bus.

Camp staff will accompany campers on every bus and will remain at each drop-off location until all campers have been released to a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. Campers will not be released to unauthorized individuals. If you are delayed to the drop-off location, please contact the camp office immediately - a staff member will stay with your camper until you arrive. While on the bus, all campers are expected to remain seated at all times, wear seatbelts when provided, and follow the directions of camp staff. Camp staff are on every bus to supervise campers throughout the trip to camp. Camp Judaea will communicate all travel delays or changes to families via phone call, email, and/or text messaging system.
