Camper Packing List
As you prepare to pack your camper for their summer at camp, please remember that storage space in camper cabins is limited. Please only send the suggested amount of clothing and other items to camp. We appreciate your cooperation!
Labeling Clothes and Belongings
Labeling and Clothing Guidelines for Camp Judaea
To help keep track of your childโs belongings, please ensure that all clothing and personal items are clearly labeled with your childโs full name. Thank you for helping us keep camp running smoothly and ensuring your camperโs belongings stay organized!
Important Notes:
- Camp Judaea is not responsible for wear and tear, loss, or damage to campersโ clothing or personal items.
- Camp clothes will experience a lot of use, so we recommend sending comfortable, well-broken-in clothing suitable for everyday wear.
Please send one to two outfits that can get dirty/ruined at camp for special activities and art projects.
Laundry
Camper laundry will be done once per week. Clean laundry is typically returned within 24 hours of being collected. Please pre-wash all of your camperโs clothing before camp. All items sent to camp should be machine washable and colorfast. Please do not send clothing that requires dry cleaning
Camp Judaea will be providing one (1) laundry bag for dirty laundry while at camp, these bags will remain at camp. Please send your camper with a labeled laundry bag for any dirty laundry they need to bring home.
Packing at the End of Summer
Campers will be packing together with their counselors on packing day at the end of each session. Sometimes campers are given the option to leave toiletries and other items to donate. If an item is left, unless otherwise specified ahead of time by the parent, it will be donated.
