CJ Family Guide and Forms are Live

We’re excited to share that Camper Forms for Summer 2026 are now live and available in your CampInTouch Forms Dashboard or through the Campanion App. 📝 Camper Forms Some forms can be completed fully online, while others will need to be printed, completed by you or your camper’s physician, and then uploaded back to CampMinder. Please note the due dates: Bunk Request form: Due March 1, 2026 All other Camper forms: Due April 1, 2026

Communicating and Photo Access The Campanion & CampInTouchCampInTouch apps and portals are your primary tools for accessing everything you need to ensure your camper is fully enrolled, prepared, and connected throughout their camp experience. From forms to communicating with your camper and viewing pictures during the summer. You can find more detailed information about how to use both and download instructions in the CJ Family Guide. Medication While at Camp At Camp Judaea, we prioritize consistency in your child’s routines, including their medication (pill and liquid form). To ensure safe and efficient administration, ALL daily prescriptions, OTC medications, and vitamins must be ordered through CampMeds, which ships directly to camp. CampMeds Registration: Register annually at www.campmeds.com. Summer 2026 registration is open— sign up by March 31 for the lowest rate. Submit prescriptions 30 days before camp to avoid late fees. For special medications like Accutane, growth hormone, injections, and as-needed Lactaid or epipens contact the Health Care Center to arrange accommodations.
