Arrival to Camp / Opening Day
First Session Opening Day: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Second Session Opening Day: Wednesday, July 8, 2026
Before Arrival
We strive for a healthy camp community! If your camper shows signs of being sick at all before arrival (fever, chills, aches), please keep them home until they are well.
We will not allow campers into camp who present symptoms of any illness that could spread (eg. the Flu, Strep, COVID).
Arrival by Car
Check-in will take place between 8:00AM - 12:00PM at 3398 Chimney Rock Rd., just past CJ on Route 64. Once there, we will greet you and a member of our medical staff will conduct a health screening for each camper in your vehicle. If a camper shows signs of illness, the medical staff reserves the right to administer any test needed before entry (Covid, Flu, Strep, etc.). Any camper with a fever or a positive test for any illness will not be permitted into camp on opening day.
When you enter camp, staff members will greet you and direct you to your drop-off location based on your camperโs cabin. At the drop-off location, a staff member will meet your camper at your vehicle, assist with luggage, and bring them to their cabin to help unpack and settle in before beginning their summer fun.
To help us prepare for campers who are arriving by car, please sign up for your arrival time by clicking on the below link. This ensures a smooth check-in process and a great start to their camp adventure!
